When Should I Have My Eyes Checked?
The Canadian Association of Optometrists has laid out these guidelines:
- Adults between 20 to 39 should undergo an eye examination every 2 to 3 years.
- Adults between 40 to 64 should undergo an eye examination every 2 years.
- Adults 65 years and older should undergo an eye examination annually.
