Therapeutic Exercises for Vision Concerns
Vision therapy is an exercise program for your eyes. It’s used for vision problems that can’t be corrected with glasses alone and is meant to train your eye muscles and brain to work better together.
We’ll create a custom vision therapy program based on your needs or the needs of your child.
Who Needs Vision Therapy?
If you experience eye strain, headaches from reading, blurry vision, nausea or dizziness at the computer, or attention problems, it could be a sign that your eyes aren’t working as a team correctly.
For children, if their eyes aren’t working properly together, they may have difficulty learning, reading, and paying attention in school. Vision therapy can help remove vision-related barriers to their learning. It can also treat lazy eye, crossed eyes, and depth perception issues and improve coordination in sports.
