Dr. Jeff Palk joined the clinic in August 2001. Dr. Palk grew up in Fredericton, graduated from Fredericton High School, and attended the University of New Brunswick. He then went on to the University of Waterloo, graduating with a Doctor of Optometry. His clinical training included an externship at a multi-disciplinary referral centre in Baltimore, Maryland.
He is a current member and past president of the Fredericton Lions club. Dr. Palk has sat on the provincial board of the CNIB since 2012 and has sat on and chaired various committees of the New Brunswick Association of Optometrists.
Along with his wife, Dr. Michelle Lane, he has a lively home life with his 2 young children, Liam and Chloe. Dr. Palk enjoys curling and travelling and has agreed to try downhill skiing, which may be their family’s next passion.
